I am a design entrepreneur interested in startups, research, online products, and SaaS business.

I was annoyed by how difficult is to run user research: recruiting, scheduling, recording & sharing video calls and paying an incentive is a fragmented and painful process. Since 2016 I've been building PingPong platform, which solves this problem by making slow & painful research fun and quick, now aquired by Hotjar.

I work with UX Researchers, UX Designers and Product Managers who want to conduct smooth user interviews and want to eliminate the time-consuming process of doing research.
