What's on

Designer's intuition is a natural ability in the UI designer's locker, and when used alongside experience, visual research and traditional UI principles it leads to some awesome work. But how can we be sure that the end result actually works for our users?

Live A/B testing is a well-established user research method for UI design, but it comes with a major limitation: we can't be sure why we are seeing a particular customer behaviour.

In this session, we'll take you through a case study of some examples of different user research methods we've used at Waitrose to get underneath the "why" of UI design.
